Develop your technical precision and increase your range of strength and stamina. This energising class is designed to help you explore movement through Release technique, a perfect next step from the introduction course. Incorporation of Release technique encourages flowing movements that focus on breath. Laura will teach set exercises to help develop technique and musicality alongside encouraging you to find enjoyment through the expansive use of space. The live music by Andres Pascua will help inspire your movement throughout the class.
