Sobre l'esdeveniment
Age UK London is launching Rock Against Ageism on 18 November at Cecil Sharp House, London, with music icon Toyah Willcox.
The special event will feature an intimate fireside chat exploring Toyah's remarkable career, experiences of ageing in the public eye, and the importance of challenging ageism in music and society.
The event launches a new series celebrating creativity at every age while raising funds for Age UK London, which supports older people across the capital.
With research showing almost half of older Londoners have experienced ageism, Rock Against Ageism aims to challenge stereotypes and promote a more positive, inclusive view of later life.
Time: 2.30-4.30pm
