Join pianist Michael G. Jennings for a lunchtime recital featuring works by Handel, Haydn, Mozart, and Scarlatti.
This concert highlights the personal relationships between composers, showcasing their shared and contrasting musical styles. In homage to London’s musical heritage, it renews the friendship between Haydn and Mozart. It recreates the musical duel between Handel and Scarlatti, first held in 1708 at Cardinal Pietro Ottoboni's Roman palace.
